Data Deletion Request

Leadder offers two methods to delete data accessed via your Meta account.

Automatic Deletion

Go to your Facebook account: "Settings & Privacy" → "Apps and Websites". Find the "Leadder" app and click "Remove". This will automatically trigger the deletion of all Meta-sourced data from our system.

Manual Request

Send the following information to privacy@leadder.co:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • The data category you want deleted ("all Meta-sourced data", "leads only", etc.)

We will fulfill your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

What Will Be Deleted?

  • OAuth tokens linked to your Meta account
  • Cached advertising campaign data
  • Lead form responses
  • Custom audience cache
  • Log records containing your Meta user ID (anonymized)

Data subject to legal retention obligations under tax law (VUK), telecommunications law (Türkiye Law No. 5651), and other applicable foreign laws will continue to be retained for the legally mandated periods, under access isolation.

Track Your Deletion Request

If you used the automatic removal method, you will receive a confirmation code by email. You can check your deletion status at:
